Solana Booth, BASc

Solana Booth, of the White Owl-House of the Wolf Clan and the Raven Clan, is enrolled in the Nooksack Nation and is a Mohawk of Bay Quinte and Tsymsyan. She is the granddaughter of First Nations high blood and her lineage includes plant and medicine people. Ms. Booth is a generational trauma recovery facilitator, an advocate of Mother's Breath (which includes plant medicines or psychedelics), and the principal consultant and founder of Advocates Of Sacred. She loves being a mother to four children and grandmother to two children and a handful of fur babies. Ms. Booth is also a traditional medicine keeper and huntress. She is aspiring to open the "Recover Me In-Wellness" Center which will include plant medicines, first foods, including breastfeeding education, birth and death work, ceremony and more.

Ms. Booth promises to continue her advocacy for the sacredness of "Mother's Breath" and to cultivate diverse, equitable, inclusive and true relationships among healthcare, Mother's Breath and our human family while serving APPA as Cochair.
